All of our volunteer 4-H leaders (ages 22 or older) must attend mandatory training within their first year of becoming a leader, and are considered on probation until that training is complete.

All leaders must take: Introduction to 4-H, 4-H Administration Course, Commit to Kids

​

As well as undergo a criminal record check, and undergo an interview process.
