Members in the Cowichan Wags 4-H Dog Club get to work with their canine friends throughout the year as well as participate in other 4-H activities such as public speaking, educational display boards etc. throughout the course of the year.  Dogs can be of any age to be a members project animal.

Members learn general care of dogs, as well as get to work on fun things like agility training, as well as obedience training with their pets.

At the end of the summer/into fall members get to attend local fairs and show off the skills they have learned with their dog to their community.
